Food for Kids – A Backpack Program

This program provides food for children in the Paris School system.  These meals are distributed to all five schools in the district on Friday afternoons and allow the children sustenance during the weekend.  Food for Kids is funded by donations from churches, individuals, civic groups, local businesses and grants in the Paris area.  The school faculty has reassured us that this program is making a difference in the behavior and academics of the children that we serve.

These tasks are done by volunteers to assist with quality of life necessities and to maintain the independence of our community members.

Multi Ministries Panama

This mission ministry was started by David and Yvonne Oldenburg. They describe the beginning of their mission like this. “We came down to Panama and with the guidance of the Holy Spirit found ourselves connecting with people who were already doing ministries. They just needed more hands and feet and financial assistance. We have helped over 15 ministries, and become integral to a few.”
