Groups

“Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up.” — Ecclesiastes 4:9-10

Overview

Following Jesus was never meant to be done alone, and an hour on Sunday morning only goes so far. Groups are where Bell Ridge stops feeling like a building and starts feeling like family. They're the smaller circles where you're known by name, dig into Scripture together, and have people in your corner when life gets heavy.

There's a place here for every age and season. Sunday School classes meet for all ages at 9:30, from preschoolers to longtime members. Beyond Sunday morning, we have groups for men and women, a midweek Bible study, after-school programs for the kids, and active youth groups for junior high and high school. Whether you're brand new, raising a houseful, or have walked with the Lord for decades, there's a group that fits.

You don't need to know anyone or have it all figured out to jump in. Browse the groups below, pick one that sounds like you, and show up, no pressure. For most folks here, a group is where Bell Ridge went from a church they attend to a family they belong to.

FAQs

Do I have to be a member to join a group?

Not at all. Groups are one of the best ways to get to know Bell Ridge, whether you've been here for years or are still checking us out. Come as you are.

How do I join, and how big a commitment is it?

Find a group that fits, request to join, and the leader will get you connected. There's no long-term commitment. Try one out, and if it's not the right fit, no hard feelings.

Need help deciding which group is right for you?

No problem. Reach out to the church office or any staff member and we'll point you toward a group that fits where you are. Sometimes it just helps to talk it through with someone.
