Operation Christmas Child 2025
We will be promoting and collecting for this year’s boxes until the week before our packing party on November 9th. That way we can get everything organized before the packing party on Sunday, November 16th during our Sunday School hour at 9:20am. Everyone is welcome to come downstairs and help or watch all the excitement.
Our goal this year is 250 filled boxes of special items we have been collecting since February. The adult Sunday School classes have graciously helped supply markers, pencil & pens, crayons, notebooks, sunglasses, toothbrushes and holders, whistles & lanyards, pencils and sharpeners.
If you still want to supply a need ~ play dough, Yo Yo’s, jump ropes or plain rope for boys, brightly colored duct tape is a good idea. Anything that you can think of to make it fun and memorable for the children! Small to fit into a shoebox. Our 2025 VBS missions project offering money helped in postage for the boxes. Praise God the need was met!
Why attend Sunday School?
There are two reasons to attend a Sunday School class; knowledge and fellowship. We all need to grow in our knowledge of the Bible which causes our faith to grow. And there is no better way to learn than with others that you can relate to and share with. So if you would like to grow in your knowledge and relationships, joining one of our classes might fill your need.
